1. Applications general terms of sales

     1.1 Any order placed with The Aqua to NIORT is subject to these terms and conditions, subject to special conditions relating to orders placed via the Internet or shop.
     1.2 The Aqua reserves the right to change at any time these Terms of Use by publishing a new version.

2. Commands

     2.2 The Aqua offers products for sale within the limits of available stocks.
     2.3 The Aqua reserves the right to refuse an order, particularly in cases of unpaid invoices or insolvency.

3. Delivery

     3.1 The ammonite strives to ensure deliveries in France within five working days from receipt of payment.
     3.2 If you request a delivery method different from that normally used by the ammonites, the surcharge will be charged.
     3.3 risks of loss and deterioration of the goods are transferred upon delivery.

4. Checking the goods

     4.1 It is your responsibility to verify the number and condition of goods received and leu, Damaged or missing, to use reserves from the carrier and inform the Aqua within seven days from receipt (keeping the bill and signed the delivery).

5. Returns

     5.1 You have seven days from receipt of the order to return, at your expense, goods which are not suitable for you.

6. Prices and billing

     6.1 Prices charged for goods you order are those in effect at the date of issuance of the order, all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
     6.2 Delivery fees apply are those in effect at the date of issuance of the order. Unless otherwise stated, they are charged separately and included in the invoice. If delivery outside metropolitan France, you are the importer and as such responsible for the acquittal of all customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed on the arrival of the goods.

   7. Modes of Payment:

     7.2 If you prefer to pay by check (for France), you can simply choose this payment method during validation of your order.
WARNING: Your order will be shipped after receipt of your payment.

     7.3 Sending cash is prohibited by mail (see article R3 Code postal and electronic), the Aqua will not be liable for loss or theft of any of these species.


8. Warranty data protection

     8.1 The Aqua does not sell your personal data to third parties and processed in strict compliance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.
